Default CTR Pistons in Poor Man Type R

Just wondering what the compression will be with CTR pistons in a B18C block with B16A head. Also, would it be safe to drive on pump gas? I'm also running a Mufen chippee P28. Thanks.

On a LS/VTEC motor w/B16A head, it's 12.4:1 cr, so with the GSR block, it's roughly about the same, maybe 12.3:1 compression. Driving that on pump gas? Only if it's tuned right, the weather isn't too hot, running 93+ octane, and retarding the timing..... you may still have some knock but it all depends on your tuning.

So the compression will never reach past 12? On C-Speed, it was calculating around 12.1. But I really don't trust that calculation.
