Ok . . .

Here is how this is going to work. . . If this sounds fair to everyone we will go ahead (If you want me to consider something PM me or email me). I would like for everyone to post here their order (Size and Qty). I woudl also ask you to send an email to melanie@itrca.com and trey@itrca.com. (Melanie is the organized one so make sure you get it to her).

Shirts are the same price as at the event but we will charge $5 s/h (Envelop and shipping) for the shirts. If you plan to order a bunch of shirts let me know and we will work out a better shipping price since the cost of shipping won't continue to go up at $5/shirt. We will also be offereing the Long Sleeve Shirts as well since so many of you asked for them.

Also if I owe you a shirt (There are only a couple so don't try to get a free shirt on this) please let me know.

That means . . .

Short Sleeves
Small - XL: $12 + $5s/h = $17
XXL : Add $1 = $18

Long Sleeves
Small - XL: $15 + $5s/h = $20
XXL : Add $1 = $21

Let's say $5 first Shirt
$3 Second Shirt and $2 each additonal shirt.

I really have no way to tell what shipping will cost but this should be close without overcharging anyone.

Trey, I preordered and prepaid for a medium short sleeve shirt. I had already emailed Melanie about where to send the shipping fee but I have not gotten a response. Should I email her again?

Can I have 1 Lagre short sleeve, and 1 Large long sleeve.

I alrealy paid $17.00 so.....how much more I need to pay for shipping and extra for long sleeve.

Do I need to email Melanie for this?

I have two (Large) shirts from the expo - never worn. Is there a way I could trade them for two medium sized shirts?

I was one of the first to order the shirts and at the time you guys only had large (or bigger) as an option.

I'll cover shipping both ways!

i'm thinking for the organizers next year we should do monogramed biker shorts. huhuhu
