i think its a pretty good deal for these speakers, and
should work well with my headunit i got a 50w4 , and it blew
my stock speakers to death , so i need a replacement ,
do any of u guys have these speakers? and how do they perform?

They will fit but you will hafta make a custom MDF spacer for them to mount on the door.

 

sorry , but what is a MDF spacer ? got a pic of it ? or read up on it?

which one of these will fit perfect on my vx without having to get spacers

 

A 5 1/4" shallowmount speaker is what fits your car. Or you need an MDF spacer of custom fiberglass speaker pod.

 

i thought the speakers on the front were 6 1/2
