Any R owners with Apexi World Sport damper?
I am considering buying it because the Tein Flex is too exspensive for what I want to do. I anm just trying to see how low the Apexi goes and how the ride is. I can probably get these for $800 compared to $1200 for Tein.
If you're just looking for a drop and comfy ride, then the ws will be
for you.
If $800 is your budget, I think you could get some slightly used apex n1, jic, or zeals..... better handling for the $.....

If you want your car to be low with a good ride, get airbags.
Don't write this off as a mocking post, seriously look into airbags.

well im running the Apexi WS coils and i love them. they ride very close to stock just a tad stiffer. they are made for mostly just street use. even though i do run a few passes at the dragstrip.

I was thinking about it because I saw something in Super street, only thing is I don't have room for the compressor and I heard bags are too soft and bouncy.

How much of a drop does the WS offer? I have SKunk2 and I don;t want my car to sit higher than it is now. Here is a pic:

....iirc, the ws is threaded sleeve so you can put it at whatever height you want.
As for the car show, I'm gonna beat you in it!
Hey, hit me up via IM if you want those wheels y0!

Here is my R on WS Dampers. I'm sure they can go lower than this, but I have no desire to lower it any further. The ride, as everyone has said, is fairly close to stock. Nice setup for the money.
Thanks 162 for the pic, this is helpful. I am probably going to go with the WS. I had some offers on a used set of N1's but I don't trust too much used stuff let alone suspension. Thanks guys.
Where are you located? I am in Gwinnett and I have never seen this R before. Just wondering.

I'm in Roswell, but I hardly ever drive the R. Every now and again when the weather is nice, I drag it out.
Good luck with the suspension project, whatever you decide to do!
