Apexi N1 Damper or TEIN HA?
I had some questions that you guys might like to clearify for me. Is TEIN HA really worth that extra $200-500 compared to Apexi N1 dampers? I heard that the shocks on the N1 dampers are too weak, and they dont last that long. If anyone has experienced with Apexi N1 dampers or even Teins, how is the street driveability? How about at the tracks?

I just installed Tein HA`s on my Del Sol . I just love them !! The ride is a bit rarsh compared to stock ,but it is livable . The body roll is almost gone . I have them set at 6 rear 4 front . I have A520 with 16 inch rims on my Sol . The cornering speeds are up 15 to 25 km/hr . The confidence they inspire are amazing . Everyone I talked to loves their teins . One warnnig I heard that they rust if you drive the car in the winter . I was going to buy apexi but I choose Tein`s instead after all the great revues I received .

Apex n1 shocks wearing out?, heh maybe, but i know im going to die before i see that, I own some and i'v had them for almost a year now, and i am mean on them, I push them as far as i can, and there is nothing weak about them nor any bit softer than i placed them on. and just an fyi... the civic apex n1 set is designed for the EK civics, and placing them on our little del sols is definatly not going to wear them out.

I have the A'pexi World Sport N1's.
They are the lower line of N1's made by A'pexi, but they have been on for
about 6 months and have been great. I'll let everyone know when they "crap out" on me.

I have the Apex'i N1 on my 92 Civic Hatchback Si... I ordered the ITR one which require the ITR rear lower control arm(LCA)... I had them on for almost a year now and i still LOVE THEM!!! I havent drove a car with TEIN's yet but i can say that the APEX'i was a good choice... TEIN's should be better but i couldnt fork out the cash to buy them... I throw my car in turns like nothing and the body roll is just about gone... I still need to upgrade the suspend a bit more but it's good enough now... Ride is a bit harsh for daily driver but i got use to it... There is not a single day which i drive my car easy, everywhere i go i just throw it at any turn cuz it's so fun to do so...
The difference between the WS(worldsport) and N1 is that the N1 is damper adjustable with a higher spring rate... Where the WS is just height adjustable... A few of my friends have the WS and now claims that thier spring is sagging down on them now...That's all i kno...

About $1500 bucks. Hahahah. Check out the page.
http://www.apexi-usa.com/
The regular N1's are "premium". They have ride adjustability. I think you can get them with helper springs that keep spring tension while your car is in the air.
Oh, try http://www.modacar.com
they carry both and have a decent description.

If you really have money to burn, go for Ohlins...
It's rally-built technology that Japanese street racers recommend...
I've got them on my SiR, my friend has them on his 600+hp R33 GTR...
I've never felt a ride anything close to Ohlins....
