How often to you take your R to redline?

 

So hard I blow out about 2 quarts of Mobile 1 Synthetic 5W30 every 1000 miles or so.

 

Haha, LOL. Quit beating on your car so damn hard!! I voted for a couple times a week - as long as everyone understands that by a couple, I mean 4-5 .

 

Every time I take the car...But only in first gear since nobody is for street racing...

 

i will usually go up to redline in second gear, just to get some aggression out.

Usually in first and when i'm getting on the highway second and when i'm passing people have to go to smallest gear i can lol.

 

let's just say if i'm lucky, i can use a whole tank for one week.

 

I notice a lot of soot all over the backend when I romp on it a lot. Must be the summer blend of 93 gas.

 

if this car is still in one piece by the end of next year..im driving it off a cliff

 

I rip on the car to the point where there is noticeable black soot on the rear wing.....!

I have been pretty easy on my car since I had my little incident a couple of weeks ago when I bent all of the valves in my car. I think it has seen VTEC 3-4 times since I got it back last Friday. Just kinda paranoid now. I am sure the paranoia will wear sooner or later.

 

I"m pretty tough on her, but I take care of her too...If I don't redline at least a couple times when I'm out, I might as well have driven my beater!

 

I'm just going to drive mine into the ground (which is why I don't mind driving to BW for the Expo).
As I mentioned earlier, my A/C went out the other day ... I think the car's trying to tell me something!!

daily......Well maybe not daily since i only drive it every now and then.
