anyone know what the factory size speakers are for the door panels and the uppers?? and any recs for replacements??

 

6.5" doors and rears, not sure the size of the tweeter... some aftermarket 6.5" in the doors will require cutting out the basket thats in there b/c its not deep enough.

 

I installed a diamond m3 component setup in my 93, I could only fit 5 1/2 woofers in the door without cutting it all apart, sounds nice though

 

Runnin' 6.5 Kappa's in the door (barely clears the window when down), 6.5 References in the back deck, stock tweeters (stock location) and Kicker 1" Titanium Dome Tweets (facing straight out next to stock tweets). Kappas in the door and aftermarket tweeters are amped, others off the head unit. It screams!!!

i have 6.5 rockford fosgate intelli-q's in my doors..... they fit if you put a 1/2 inch spacer in the hole first...... doesn't affect the speaker cover or the window...... and they scream like hell...... good luck finding a place to mount that bigass crossover thou...put mine in the door pockets for now

if you want to know factory size.... go to circuit city..... they have every size and spec on a computer...nice n easy
