Here's some video of the Advanced group rollin me I have a pretty wide-angle lens on the camera, so objects are closer than they appear and i'm really going MUCH faster than it looks Also, don't give me crap about my downshifts, I can't revmatch properly after a few laps at the track, since my brake pedal sinks a bit too far and my legs are a bit too long...need to get a smaller wheel, lower the seat an inch or two and drop it back an inch or two. also, need to firm up my brake pedal, i got plenty of stopping power, but the gas pedal is too high up for the side of my foot. End excuses

I'm gonna upload the entire session vids from a few of my sessions later this evening probably, but they weigh in between 150 and 200 megs each.

scott, i haven't watched all the vid yet but were you getting into 5th gear on the front straight? i would think with the ATS final drive you would be.

On the front straight, i COULD have been in 5th (did once or twice) but generally found it easier/more comfortable to just bump redline in 4th a few times and then coast up the hill. Once i get my braking setup as firm as I want it, i'll probably be a little braver into turn 1.

 

Man turn one was pissing me off... I could brake so late into that turn, but nobody in my group was... they were all hitting there brakes at the first braking marker

Lots of coasters in our group on the long straights.
Worse yet ... slamming on the brakes on the front straightaway when they saw the checkered flag.

Chris - who came very close to slamming into that car while going 110+ as the car in front jammed on the brakes before the 1st braking marker (at first sight of the checkered flag) and went from about 100 to 60 in a second or two.....

What group were you in? I was in INT 1 and had some monkey out there that could not drive worth a ****... Braking way before the markers and taking turns at 20mph...
