Default Disconnecting ECU Temporarily; Any Problems?

I needed to take my ECU out from the car to do some work and wanted to know if there is a problem with disconnecting the ECU for 5-10 minutes? Will this reset it? And if so will that cause any problems?

Thanks!

You will have to reset your clock, and re-enter your radio code.

Thats all, no real harm!

unplugging the ecu won't reset the clock or radio code, only disconnecting the battery will do this.
