A really cheap mod would be the crx si cam. Also, try and find an old used gude or jg cam. You can find them for like $100 or less. That would be a good upgrade.

A cam would be a good upgrade. But what do you plan on doing with the car? Do you want to swap, go N/A, or FI? An exhaust and intake would be a good start since those are transferable (usually) among those 3 options.

Hey just save some money you can probably get a b16a2 swap for around 1700 or so that would be alot more power than you have now

I was thinking about either going the mini me or swap route. If I added a D16Z6 head on my block with a VTEC controller I would get a little boost. Then with SKUNK2 or Greddy catback exhausts, high flow cat, Greddy headers and AEM CAI, that'll be a little more boost. I'll be happy running a high/low 14 in the 1/4.

Think people think!! LOL

very true... but the cat back exhausts is interchangable along with the intake. i just want something with a little ***** to it for now until i get a job. i think that the intake and header back exhausts will do the job for now.
