Default headlight/fuse question

Last night my dad and i put in a new deck in my car. He happened to check the fuse box for something i cant remember what for. The problem is i got up early for school this morning, go turn on my lights and only 1 of my headlights work. The left one works, but if i turn my high beams only the one on the opposite side of my low beam works. So basically i got 1 low beam and 1 high beam. I dont have the fuse panel that tells me whats what in the fusebox does anyone have a diagram they can post? Or could this be something else besides the fuses? I was pretty sure it had to be cuz ive never had 2 lights go out instantly like that.
