I think it's pretty cool. Very subtle, yet aggressive. I got one for my old civic from manchester honda. This is an old pic from their site.

 

i have one, i got it at manhonda.com it cost alot less there.

the lip hangs sort of low but its made of abs plastic so it can take alot of damage and come back for more. I am currently on my second one.

 

you can get them at your local dealer for $55. atleast thats what i paid

man honda calls it the chin spoiler but its the exact same thing as the jdm sir. place can sell it for more if they say its jdm. but its an oem lip.

in VA, but the lip was shipped in from arizona and yes that includes shipping. everyone is convinced that the internet always has the best deals. if people would leave thier computers for a minute and go to the dealer they might be suprised.

Haha, im the proud owner of his first lip. He sold it to me for dirt cheap, and it was in perfect condition. Now, thanks to some steep driveways, it looks like dog food Thanks Aaron!!

Hey Thrashin, what dealership did you buy your lip from?? They go for almost double what you paid here in CA!! Did it come with hardware also??

yes it will fit your 97 like the title states 96-98

 

Here's mine. also bought from manhonda.com. oh, wait, but it's not the same because it wasn't titled as a "JDM SiR" front lip.

 

this lip come with the hardware to install when purcahsed from a dealer???

sorry and i dont mean to bring this back but how low does the lip hang down from the bumper, like looking at it sideways from where the bumper ends about how many inches does it hang down...

at the sides infront of the front wheel it hangs down 2.5 inches

its no problem, and just to give you a little more info, in the middle under your grill the lip only hangs down 1.5 inchs.
