LoL, nah, I don`t anticipate needing any help installing my side skirts anytime soon...So I think I`m safe there.

First off, I`d try putting this in it`s rightful place: Appearance/cosmetic...This is hardly a tech related issue

 

just turn your little modifier civic over and you should see 2 screw hole. Then just put your sideskirt on and screw it down and bam your in there

No, you`re right, I can`t help him(more like *won`t*), he`s a lost cause, and frankly, so are you.

But if he were to ask me how to build a motor, or how to piece together a head, or how to install a 5 lug conversion, or to do most anything technical, and not how to rIcE oUt his rIdE, y0, perhaps I could give some valuable feedback, untill then, this remains open as a flaming ground.

Actually the Black Widow design is from the UK. I called Ground Designs awhile ago.

Well if he wanted something technical, why not put it in the tech forum? How is putting Black Widow side skirts on your Civic rice? Everyone puts JDM crap on their car, does that make them rice too?

 

when i put on mine, i got some L shaped Brakets and drilled holes in the car and mounted the kit with the brake and screws it's held on nice, and dosn't rub, it was such a bit to do, i had to cut up the stock side alot, the Z3 side went to far into the car, but it looks good now.

It`s a stretch that we should be allowed an appearance/cosmetic forum to begin with, that certainly is bordering rice.

How, you ask, is putting BW side skirts on your cIvIc rice? Take a look around you, what do you see? A forum dedicated to tech issues, and technical is rarely associated with body kits, double decker wings, LED washers, so on and so forth. You get the point, I hope...

And the other thing, is putting JDM "crap" on your car rice too? Well, yes it is. How do you like that? Unfortunatly it has become mainstream, kids like you have jumped the bandwagon and ruined a short lived(and great) time in the import auto scene. Thanks...We appreciate it

 

thats what my car looks like, i had to cut up the stock side, about almost 3 feet and put the side over it. your also going to have ti cut the stock drill holes that hold the plastic clips, u want it to sit lower then it should, becuase your putting the Z3 side over the stock one, so u can stand on it, and it won't fall off.

I just drilled out the hole lower and angeled it down, it came out nice

I never jumped on the bandwagon. I dont go for a certain look, I go for what I think looks nice. I'm sure it is the same with you.

And yes I do think JDM is rice too, since it is a trend. Watch in a couple years we will think of JDM what we think of Altezzas and aluminum tails now.

By the way, I think that Civic down there looks nice.

doing engine swaps in honda's is a trend to, so i guess that makes everyone with a swap rice.
