Default 13" hx wheels

does anyone run the 13" civic hx rims on the 4 wheel disk integras? there is a bit of a debate going on in the civic forum about whether or not they fit over the 10.3" front brakes.... thanks

You will either need spacers, or you'll have to shave a little bit off the brake calipers. It can be done, just takes a little effort to make it work.

so the problem isnt the diameter being too small, its the caliper rubbing the front of the wheel?

they are 14" wheels, shaving of the caliper wrong will mess up your brakes real good.

HX wheels are 14in but they also made basically the same wheel in a 13in found on 92-95 VX hatches.

hx=14"
vx=13" i had the hx wheels on my teg for a few weeks. needed to cut one mm off of part of my caliper. didn't make a differance. just cut where it rubbed.

If you're having second thoughts on shaving the brakes, you can get spacers that will allow the rim to clear the brakes.

13's will not clear the fronts, but will clear the rears.
