Default B16 Feels weird kind of boggy under light throttle

In about a another 150 miles I'm going to do a complete tune up and maybe that will clear this up, but in the mean time I just wanted to check if this is a common problem. The symptom is a kind of boggy feeling when the car is cruising at the same speed under light throttle. As soon as I put some load on it the car cleans up and pulls hard. It's not really at a certain RPM range, any one else have this, here are some things I think it might be:

Exhaust gas flow, my muffler has two four inch holes, new catback goes on in two days.
Bad fuel injectors, they were so clogged my swap wouldn't originally start.
Maybe cap and rotor?

Anyone else have something I can check out?

Oh I forgot, I haven't done a valve adjustment on this motor yet, but I do know it's not O2 related and not timing related because I've done both of those this week.

Try switching the o2 sensor wires at the ECU... fixed it for me.

my b16a had a wire connection come loose by the strut tower on the pass side. some days it would run fine and other days like your car. i simply did some rewiring. but i agree with everyone here-check your o2 and a tune up is a must. good luck.

I'm fairly positive I have the correct O2 placement because I kept getting a code 1, primary o2, so I took off the exhaust manifold and replaced the primary o2, white plug, and the code went away.

i just did a b16 obd1 swap in my 92 integra and i am having the same problem except i think that my problem is more radical than yours. when i use light throttle the car will almost die until i either let off or floor it. the car runs great under full throttle especially in the higher rpms but low rpm and light throttle sucks.
Help?

My b16a is running very rough right now, and it does the same thing. If I rev on it and it might get very little response, or pull really good. If I rev let off quick then rev again it usally always pulls for me. I was thinking maybe it was the CVs slipping?
