Default 5-bolt T3 downpipe flange help

Ok, I bought this flange off ebay thinking it would fit since its a T3 flange. Turns out it is too large, by like half inch in all directions.

I have photos but I don't have anywhere to host them, can someone help me out so I can put them on here and get some help?

Can anyone tell me why it doesn't fit.
Which one do I need to make sure I don't order the wrong one again?
Does anyone out there have one I need for cheap and does anyone need the one I have for cheap?

Also, I was told turbo is .68/.48 can anyone confim this by the pics?

One more question, there is a picture of the internal wastegate, how do I weld the flange shut? Once I do, what about the little arm that sticks out?

I know there newbie questions please don't flame me, help a brotha out!

Thanks mike?

serious thanks to WuShu for putting the pictures up for me.

Can anyone help me on my issues?

On the 2nd to last picture, you can see at the bottom the arm to the wastegate, how does that come off?

If I were you, I'd ask for a refund on your current flange and buy it off cheapturbo.com or majesticturbo.com. I wish I could help you and confirm that you really have a T3 exhaust, but I don't know enough about turbos to do that.

I don't think that is a t3.. or atleast not a normal t3. A t3 that the flange is made for does not have the wastegate flapper as part of the housing. You have the wrong turbo for the flange. Its not the persons fault that sold it to you. List it up yourself and resell it. Then figure out what your turbo is and get the right flange. My guess is a t25 or something.

I was thinking the same thing, about the turbo not being a t3/t4, but the specs are .68/.48.

Anyone out there with a t25 can you measure the dp flange to see if it the same size as mine?

doesnt look like a t3/t4, can you post pictures of the center section and the compressor housing? also of the stamp on it. That wastegate looks kinda odd, id have to see more pictures. You can just email them to me again and ill host em, take pics of the center section and compressor housing.

Is there a standard bolt size for the Downpipe? I've lost one and need a replacement. And its a Pain in the *** to take one off and match it with one at Home Depot. Well not really, Im just Lazy.

I'm pretty sure the small 12-point 12MM screws that hold the clutch disc to Flywheel fit. (at least they do on mine turbo)

On my turbo the downpipe bolts are the same as the head studs for the exhaust manifold. I think its 8mm 1.25 pitch. Its a precision sc61

Although this housing has an a/r .68 its the "standard" t3 housing that uses the block off flange you purchased.

I agree with everyone else, sell it. Later

Yes I'm gonna sell the flange I have, but I'm still in need a flange for my turbo. I made a sketch of what I need, with dimensions, WuShu should be posting them up for me soon.

IF anyone has what I'm looking for let me know. Otherwise, I hafta get one made.

That turbo is a T28. T3 compressor mated to a T25 exhaust side.
