Default Is there something missing here?

I feel stupid having to ask, I had my timing belt changed and today I was checking to make sure everything was ok and I noticed something I've never seen before. That sure looks like something should be boltded there.

In case you couldn't see from the pics it's on the back of the block next to the bracket for the power steering hose.

If something is missing, then my GSR is missing it too. I just went out and checked mine and it doesn't have anything bolted into that hole.

I don't know if that hole is used for anything on maybe non-USDM cars, but I know that many people will thread a bolt into that hole in order to attach a hoist chain to lift the engine out of the car.
