yup,i too, was stripped of my red emblems..front and back..get this..while i was watching the fast and the furious on a weekday at the mall parking lot during broad daylight..it sucks..i feel for all those that got theirs pulled.

I'm on my fourth set. And I have a 2000 that oesn't see winter. Four sets in a years worth of summer.

If I lost mine just once, I resolved to get the Gunmetal ones and then maybe do the decal strip too. Wow 4 times huh, where you parkin your R man? I never park mine anywhere besides my home or work with out being able to see it, "a little **** but it satisfies me." I even went out for dinner last week and asked to sit near a window so I could see my car. My wife understands, I've been this way since I had my 94/LS and my other PY too! She appreciates my car and hates those door dings too, "not one ding yet!"

IT REALLY SUCKS THAT WE HAVE TO BE THE RECIPIENTS OF SUCH BABY-GAMES BULLSH*T! Whew glad I got that off my chest.

I also see some punk kids eyeing my ride from time to time, or even just onlookers and admirers make me a little leary. It blows that we live in a world like this and fear AssH*les that just take our Sh*t.

dude,i replaced my badges..there was something missing..its a symbol of what the type R meant..its hard to leave my car anymore..i get a lil paranoid.

 

Heres what I would do.... the next honda civic you see with upsidedown red acura badge.... take a screwdriver, reach under their car, and ram it into their oilpan.
Just kidding of course.

 

i was thinking of molding the emblem onto the car and make it flush,so that no one will take it,the next time someone ganks my freakin badges,what do yall think?

Sorry my friend! I'm so tired of these punks... The problem is they are not able to do a good job and the emblem end up broken in 2! I've replaced the red emblem by the standard silver Acura emblem like every other Integra out there... Hopefully it will do the job and keep thiefts away!

 

Unfortunately its human nature to get jealous and do stupid things.
I was a statistic also. I have the stock silver ones now...well...duh..
They came with my car hehehe. But anyways, I would either put the stock silver or shave it....
BUT dont ever permanently install it again. You will just find punk kids scratching the hell out of it and probably key'ing your car because they cant get it off...
Just not worth it...granted I think the Red Emblems ares sweeet, just not woth it anymore with these punks....

I am always paranoid about my car in parking lots. I never take my car to the movies or places I can't watch my car. Theft Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!
