More N20 questions
I'm still toying with the idea of picking up a nitrous system for my '94 Si.
I've heard awesome things about the NX systems, I've also heard good things about ZEX.
I've heard that dry systems burn out your #1 cylinder because of uneven distribution but are very easy to install and generally cheaper. I've heard that wet systems are safer but generally more expensive and more difficult to install. I have stock internals and therefore only plan on running a 50-75 shot. Also, my car only has 40K miles on it, how long do you think the clutch should last. I only plan on driving it hard a couple of weekends a month. Is the whole N20 idea wise for me to run on a H23?
I know I've asked a similar question before, but I'm still alittle confused.

I would go with an NX wet kit, although I have heard the ZEX is very easy to install. From what I have read, your stock clutch will not last long with a 75 shot. If you are going to spray, do it right. Grab some colder plugs, set your timing back if you are running a bigger shot. Make sure your fuel system will be adequete to handle whatever shot you are running, especially if you are going with a dry kit like ZEX.
Lastly, TUNE THE BITCH! VAFC or Hondata on a dyno is the only way, not having your friend press buttons the vafc while you drive around town.
I just thought i would save laughin the trouble. there have been a lot of informative and helpful posts in this forum in the last few weeks, as well as on Preludeonline.com
I hope to be buying an NXL Nozzle Kit by the beginning of next month :D

does NX make a dry kit also?
Do dry kits really burn your #1 cylinder?
Also, what is "pooling" all about?
I'm kinda a noob with the gas.

Running a wet system with the one nozzle (on the air intake) is quiet dangerous with stock internals, if you are going to do it right built the bottom end (rods, pistons, rings, sleeves, and knife the crankshaft) then go with fogger system then after some 3000 (I might be wrong, including extras) replace the clucth, by now you can run 150-250 shot of wet sweet sweet n2o, safely. But if you are looking for a weekend warrior that is going to be a commutter and don't want to spend a lot of money go with a dry system, you can run 50-65 shot with stock engine, if going to spray 75 you should add the proper fuel with FPR, fuel pump, and probably a fuel rail. The clutch will wear off after a while so your next buy should be a better clutch.

Baz, we have several cars on PO.com running the NX single fogger wet kits. This guy is misinformed. I'll hook you up right when you come to Madison. Also I am pretty sure that I've found a place that sells NOS plate kits for our H22s. I'll have the price on Thursday.
