Default Greddy header on a 5th gen?

Has anyone put a greddy header on a 5th gen? I know its only made for the 4th, but I heard its a direct bolt on, all you have to add is a small peice of pipe cause the header isnt as long as an H22 header. Is this true, what kind of power gains? Im definitly not getting a DC header, but I cant afford Mugen, does the greddy header do anything for the H22?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO don't get the DC header...I think that is prob THE MOST worthless mod that I have.. get a greddy.. I've seen dyno charts for a 5g that shows it gives like 5-7hp?

If you want, I will go dig into my huge pile of magazines and look for the one that shows it and take a pic of the page for ya...hehe

You got it backwards, you cut the greddy...the 4th gen header is longer than a 5th gen header

OMG...DO NOT CUT YOUR GREDDY HEADER...ditch your cat, get a small testpipe, if you had to weld in a bung for the second O2 sensor, the 4th gen is longer, which is why you remove the cat on your 5th, and besides if you get the testpipe, it will make more power anyways..peace

But wont that make my car smell like exhaust, and wont it sound really loud, I've got the Greddy Evo and I like the sound it makes, and besides I read the greddy header may add 5-7 hp, but ive also heard the test pipe will add around 5 hp, so isnt all the gain in bypassing the cat?
