Default VAlve Adjustment procedures

i need some insights on adjusting my valves for my stock d16z head. does anybody know where i can find information on step by step procedures on adjusting them. websites, pdf files, etc. I know i can go to the local Autozone and buy a service manual, but what can i say, im cheap.

good info but wrong motor bro. those are B-series spec adjustments, and i have a D16z motor. any other websites ??

Same thing for a d-series. The specs should be somewhere under the hood.

I know that much but, I was askin for the "Procedures" ie. rotate crank 180 degrees while working on #1 cylinder @ TDC etc. all the tech babble, i need to know

i know how to. the thing is that i did it on a non vtec head before and was wondering if its the same procedure as in doing a sohc vtec head.

FYI, all D-series have the same valve clearances
