1) I went ahead and took my car to emissions testing today. Last time I failed (just bought the car from the dealership) and all I had running was my Apex n1 catback. Well they failed me obviously, but I suspected it was cuz of the n1.
So I went back today for my free run. I put my silencer on, put in some fuel additive to lower emissions, and replaced the air filter. Last time they told me I failed by a few points...well this should take care of those points. It tested, it failed. So they tell me I need a new o2 Sensor...but if thats true wouldnt my engine throw a light?

my 2nd question...I have my silencer in, but its semi stuck! About an inch+ sticks out, its not fully in. How can I remove it? I can definately feel it affecting my top end power :/
