Default Difference between batteries?

I'm in the market for a new battery for my 91 integra. I was looking into Dyna-Batt and Odyssey's light weight batteries with reserve of around 15amps. Also Optima Yellow top with 55amps. What are the main advantages and disadvantages? Also if I don't use my car's electrical components while the engine's turned off, would the lightweight battery be sufficient?

Also I'm using MSD 7AL-2 w/ Blaster 2 coil.
