I have a 2000 civic sedan with Polk Audio speakers and once in a while the rear passenger speaker will make a flapping sound as if was ripped. i took it apart and it doesn't seem to be ripped and i also checked for debris floating around. weirdest part is the speaker can go a few days without making this noise.

anyone know what the problem could be?
