there are a lot of different cliques.
we need to ping figment as he's probly most up to date with the groups.

Thursday nights, there's a HUGE meet at sonic at Northwest Highway and Shiloh/jupiter (supposedly the biggest meet in texas)
anyway. last night, about 300 or so bikes and they usually split up and always end up at the same place, but last night everyone just followed one another to deep ellum after a speech about being careful and about newbies after a girl died last week.
oh, speaking of.. we stopped by an exxon off greenville and some were getting gas, drinks, just talking, all of sudden 6 cops have their sirens on, block off one entrance to exxon and draw their guns. running up to ppl with their guns. some of us take off and look at what's happening from teh street and soem of them had rifles. one of the bike guys was telling everyone to come back but when we did, the cops just said "on your way on your way"
kinda scary cuz NO ONE was causing trouble and they came and drew their guns for nothing.

I went to the blue goose on 4-29-03 and meet some people. It was pretty cool. They said that there is also a meet off of 75 and 15th. They also said some people meet on Sunday mornings to go out riding, too. If anyone wants to meet, send me an IM and we'll get together.

Did anyone besides me ride this Sunday? I went riding but I couldn't find anyone. Of course I did get a pretty late start tonight (8:30pm) but still there's normally folks out riding way past 11:00.
