Need help, cant put it in first sometimes

Sometimes on the light it wont go in to first, so i have to start from second and them it goes in first very easily! Same thing happends with reverse!

Your syncro's might be shot. get a tranny shop to check it out, or if you feel confident enough, pull the tranny out your self and check the teeth on the splines of the syncro's

ummm..before i put my car in first sometimes i put it in reverse then first..and before reverse..ill put it in first...kinda to line them up....i dont know but yeah...thats what i do...

Totally normal. First and reverse are a bit sticky on Integras. I usually just pop it back in neutral, let up the clutch, depress it again and try again and it works fine.
