Any one heard of these engine builders?

I am trying to find info on this shop. But, since I don't live in Califonia, I can't do it myself. So if you guys know anything about them, like are they honest engine builders who will not keep my money, without sending the engine to me. Please tell me.

if you are talking about dave hickman racing in lancaster, he was notorious for blowing up peoples civics...But that was in '98 when i lived there. at the 2000 IDRC Nitto international finals he ran a 10.302 in a 92 civic. but i cant tell you what his engines are like now...
