Default ... h23vtec vs h22a with h23 crank...

... just looking to get thoughts/ideas/opinions from people out there... which would you pick and why?... which one would produce more whp?... i am leaning towards the h22a w/ h23 crank just because it seems more reliable... anyways, thanks for taking the time to read...

Neither. H22A sleeved and bored +2mm.

h22a
h23 crank
ge sleeves
2mm overbore
cp pistons
eagle rods
skunk2 manifold
60mm throttle body
-- etc -- suggestions?

... what compression ratio would i be able to run on the street and stay reliable and daily driven?... i was thinking 12.5:1... too high?... too low?... lemme know... thanks...

What fuel is available in your area?
12.5 on 93 is possible.

... what about on 91 octane?... what compression?

why would you want a h23 crank? I have heard over and over that its much weaker and have heard of people with h23 vtec using the h22 crank

hehehe... no, i am sticking with the b18c... waiting for the cp's to get into the rebuild... just doing some research for a friend...
