Default Anyone here fluent with crx door internals?

Heres the deal: I have new doors for my 89 si. The new ones are gutted completely. no brackets or moldings or anything. I need to take the guts/windows/belts out of the other doors and put it all in the new.

Anyone have any tips for me? shortcuts? time allowance? anything?

good luck man, i bought a new set of cross arms for my passenger side window, because it wasnt rolling up straight, and i said screw it, because it was super annoying cause i couldnt see and it was hot so i was like ill just have a gimp window, but im sure it can be done, i would invest in a 88-91 or so repair manule from autozone or somthin so you can see what goes where and stuff. good luck to ya

Whyd you buy gutted doors? No junkers around you? Either way I'd grab a helms/haynes/chiltons, I had the motor go out on an old LX passenger window and I did basically the same thing smokin did, screw it.

Well if you have both doors sitting there I dont see what would be so hard about it?? I mean take something off bolt it to the new door take something off and bolt it to the new door. Everytime that I have had to swap something over thats how I did it and everything worked out fine for me the only thing that I could see you having problems with would be the window regulators they are a bitch to get out and I bet even more of a bitch to put in I have taken 4 out but have yet to try to put one in yet but I still think that if you have both doors and you take your time it may be time consuming but not too hard but like they said I would definately pick up a manual for reference.
