how much power can the stage 3 and 4 hold?

They are the same price for stages 2-4 If you are using NOS, TURBO I would definitely use the stage 4.

i think the stage 4 can hold 500 hp. and i'd say around 300 for the stage 3.

i'm pretty sure it vary's by car.

if the stage 4 is 170% over stock, then that means 170% of 125hp (if its a stock d16 civic)

i guess just do the math.

i was shopping for clutches last night and i would have sworn i saw the specs someplace.

i dunno.. if i find them ill post em.
