QUICK question, best catalytic converter is......???????

I'm thinking about getting a carsound converter, does anyone have any recommendations???

i actually just bought one off ebay. I've got a 99 teg, with the good old 2 O2 sensors. I thought i could get away with a cheap resonator type cat upgrade and my car is sucking down fuel like a pig with my check engine light on. An ECU can't even solve the problem (i've performed 2 already, the light still comes on)...........
