i have a breaker bar... and a pole on the the bar for leverage
my friends pushing the brake to stop the rotor from turning...
and it turns ...
should i bleed the brakes or is this something else...

Isn't it always the stupidest thing in the world that slows you down while working on your car.... If its not the 12mm that's lost or the 17mm that your brother hasn't returned... or.. i could go on and on

try one of those DIY rental places... and see if u can rent a air compressor
get urself an impact gun but the big ones..... turn the air compressor all way to max...... use the impact and loose that biach off..... then return the impact and say its not the one and that u already bought the right one....
we used a 5 ton jack handle on a breaker bar once on my cousins prelude and it didnt even came off with 2 guys hangin off the bar.... used a impact and voala.....

Exactly, leave the wheels down, for the rear the ebrake held fine. I used a 1/2 drive breaker bar, 3ft pipe and a deep impact socket to give a lil clearance on the side panels. Like butter.

make sure u use a punch and push that little tab back on the nut too, cause you're supposed to use a hammer and punch to punch in a little groove in the nut that will keep the nut from coming loose. i did this and was able to take it off with a 3 foot breaker bar.
I've gone about it both ways, impact is defintly the way to go. But if that's not available I've always been able to put the tires on the ground, have someone press the brakes, take about a 4 foot breaker bar and just put your weight into it until it snaps loose. Good news is they almost always come off eventually.
