I am getting the car dynoed!!
I am getting my car dynoed Monday!! I can't wait. I'll be posting my dyno here as sson as I get back. My mods are:
- Injen 3" intake wrapped in header wrap and reflective tape and heat shield
- Greddy 4-2-1 header with 2.25" test pipe
- Custom 2.25" exhaust
- CTR intake cam, ITR exhaust cam
- Spoon cam gears
- Apex'i VAFC
- ITR ported and polished IM
- 94+ GSR TB (60 mm)
- Magnecor wires ( needed to replace stock wires)
- CTR N1 crank pulley
- AEM FPR ( a wash, for now)
- AEM fuel rail (a wash, for now)
Other mods are:
-Quaife LSD, CM FW, Exedy clutch and suspension mods
The car has 125k miles and running on stock and original internals and valvetrain.
I am hoping for 180 whp. I know that's pushing it a lil, but I can hope right? My 00 GSR made 176 whp with less mods so I think it is possible.

please let us know what that b17a lays down. i have a little more mods so im very interested as what it can do. Im guessing around the 165 area and up to high 170s after tuned. let us know, and goodluck.

If you happen to be there for a while, could you possibly do a run with your AC on to see what the comparisons are? I just think it would be interesting to see the results.

I had the car dynoed yesterday. I'll post the dyno sheet later. For those only interested in peak power, the car only made 160 whp and 117 wtq, SAE corrected.
All the power is in the midrange. The car picked up 21 whp in the midrange!!
Also 160 whp is not bad considering it's a B17A and not a B18C1. They overlaid this graphed against my 00 GSR that made 175 whp. The 92 wraps up a lot quicker, 3 sec quicker to 8k rpm when plotting HP vs. elapsed time. and HP against MPH. You'll see it in the graph. I guess the CTR pulley and the CM FW does help!!! The guy at the dyno had to wear ear plugs!!!
