You're not going to get an OE piece anywhere other than the dealer or the junkyard.
Get out the yellow pages or look on line for honda junkyards/honda used auto parts/recycled parts/etc.
I find it hard to believe there's zero junkyards in your area. where do you live?

Makes you wonder who makes the oe pieces. Tridon, same brand as the "flashers" found in my local autozone.

Maybe you could fix the old one, depending on what is wrong. I haven't seen the Honda ones, but my Mazda turn signal stopped working and I was able to pry the lid off of the turn signal relay assembly and found a cold solder joint on the circuit board. The solder did double duty both electrically and to hold the relay on the board, so the trace broke after a while. 5 minutes of soldering and it was good as new.

sounds normal to me. outrageous prices... thats why u go to a junkyard or dish out the money. when u buy cheap **** that aint OE... it might not last long.
you a couple of days too late. i had like 5 laying around i threw them out. i might have one or two left. i'll look and just pay for shipping.
the reson i had a lot is because my neighbor used to sell the "hyperblinkers" and everyone would leave theirs out my house.
