What does a bent rod sound like?? Does it increase in sound as you rev up the motor?

That sounds like a rod bearing if it gets loader with revs. Depending how bad the rod is bent it might not make a noise.
Check your oil pressure too.

Well, the noise doesn't get louder with increasing the revs. Oil pressure is good, and the car still makes great power...hmmm..

I think you might have spun a rod bearing. Just to be on the safe side, I'd suggest you drop the oil pan and check the rod bearings. It'll only cost you five quarts of oil and about 2hours out of your time.

i already did that..I thought a bearing made a kind of rattle in a can sound..I 've heard spun bearings before and this doesn't sound like that..

If you bend a rod, the motor will probably not turn over and it sure won't make power. A spun bearing will sound like a hammer hitting inside and you will lose lots of oil pressure.

If the motor was loosing oil pressure then it still wouldn't be making good power.??
