I was going to purchase a 2002 Civic Type r rear wing. I was told that it doesnt fit exact and it has to be modified a little. Does anybody know what has to be modified for it to fit? If it is too much of a hassle I dont think I will get it.

 

Most of the people that I know, have taken it to their body shops.
They get charged around 100-250 not painted/painted.
Unless u have black EP, since it comes already painted from japan, just get it fitted.

just grind down 2 dimples on the wing, and thats it

the jdm white DOESNT MATCH US CARS

jdm = champ white
usdm = taffeta white

don't give members input if its incorrect

the tabs on the bottom of the wing need to be trimmed down
and than attached using double side etc etc

mine took roughly 2 days for paint and mount here is a pic
