Default Is there a Stock TYPE R program for OBD1 ECU

I want to run a chipped ECU in my OBD1 Hatch back but I have a DOHC Type R motor with Single runner intake manifold, is there a stock Program(type r maps and timing) for OBD1 ECU? or should I just make a obd1 to obd2 harness (opposite)
