ecu pins anybody

hey guys i got a little problem these stupid ecu pins wont come out from my harness inside the car. (im doing the dx to zc swap). any one have any shure way of taking them out.

i got pins and cables for sale...
some people has got them here from me..,.
anyways use a eyeglases scredriver, pins, needles.....
