Electrical problem on 98 accord

Electrical problem on 98 accord
For some reason the battery light, all the doors open light and hand brake light is on and the doors are closed and the hand break is not engaged, the check engine light is not on. The battery has been replaced just a while ago, could that be the problem, any ideas what it could be? thanx in advance for your responses
