where or how could i prep my car, so that i can fix that rust on pics in the link. Also, what is the best that i can do to solve this problem, i am trying to save some money by doing some of the work myself, and the final touches by a professional bodyshop(final spray and the whole works).

Thanks for your input. by the way, both rear wheel wells have the same size of rust on them, and by the hinges on the doors, you can almost miss them, but i still want to fix them. Give some good tips on doing this work.
