Default Sticky first gear...

When I engage into first gear from a stop Ive noticed that shifting is a little sticky. No other gears show this problem. I drove my firends integ and his glides in 1st with no resistance. Anyone experience the same probem???? Thanks!!!

How many miles do you have? Have you changed the tranny oil yet?

Ive got 67,900, and took it to the shop to change the MT tranny fluid but said they couldnt do it cause they didnt have the proper Honda tranny fluid. Would that solve it?? What kind of tranny juice should I use????

I bought mine new and it's always done that. I usually put it in 2nd and then 1st when I'm at a stop and it's a lot smoother.
