I've done a bunch of setups with -16 and haven't had any problems with any of them. -16 is a little smaller than stock, but it doesn't hurt.

how do you keep the ends from fraying? is there some special fitting that will just get slid over and clamped down?

there are different procedures for different fittings.. you can just use masking tape and saw/dremel it for a clean end.

is there a formula for finding the AN? i have some charts around here somewhere..

The correct way to do it is weld male an fittings on the radiator and water necks from the motor. You're not going to be able to stretch one over you radiator. Stainless line is designed to be used with the proper fittings. If you want a cheap way out then get the greddy hoses.

Need to add that AN is the OD not in ID.
