Default Expo 04: Who is ready?

Just passing on the info. I have called a few tracks near the Left Coast and will post up options once I get dates. At this point we have at least 2 tracks that have possible dates for us. Man this process is easier when you are planning ahead of time.

Also on aside note I had 2 sponsor (Will remain nameless but they are big ones) approach me and let me know they plan to attend next year!

We are well on our way. I really do need to take a few days off.

There were planty of places to make improvements this year even as well as it went. Look for details as to changes to come as I get a chance to write them down.

Trey

i just want to throw out there that i think one of the reasons that expo3 was so successfull was the remote location. if you pick a location near a large metropolitan area, you are liable to get a bunch of crowds you don't want there. that will force you to have excess security and stress when you have to worry about the stuff you have left out in the paddock.

just a thought on my part, but i think remote locations are better because only the hardcore enthusiasts show up.

for planning already though. let me know if you want any help trey. i'm there for ya.

To Trey, Sponsors, and all else involved. I'll drive to China if I have to. But all I say for location is somewhere warmer. But cold or not its hard to beat 110 Type R's in one place

I am volunteering right now to take on some (a small part anyway) of the planning and coordination. I would really enjoy seeing the whole process come together and know that I had a part in making such a great thing successful.

Trey, IM me whenever and let me know if there is anything that I can do to help. West Coast Baby!! I am stoked already.

It goes in a cycle...number 1 was on the west coast, number 2 was in MI, number 3 in PA...now it's going back to the west.

In all honesty, this is what happened in the past and the very reason it's hard to get a good track/date. As I noted above, we have to pick soon for some tracks or they WILL NOT be available. That's just how it is.

"Midwest Expo" will be 2005. Unless someone wants to try to get the rotation changed, but that's a group effort that the community needs to decide on.

Sure.. if everyone returns their cars to stock. The noise limit owns cars with intakes.. real race cars wont be able to do that.. and therefore, no race-car having sponsors.

Laguna Seca is out unless they decide not to enforce the db limit.
