Calling all rotary experts-RX-7 prob!?

Calling all rotary experts-RX-7 prob!?
My sushi chef asked for my advice on his car, he's got a 91' NA RX-7 ,
he said he was driving and then white smoke, a ton of it came out of his exhaust, then the car sputtered-rpms dropped, car shuts off, and now it doesnt turn over, i told him it sounds as if he sucked up a seal, and thats what seized his cylinders, but Im not the expert. Thanks for the help in advance.

I don't know if anyone will be much of help. I sure hope so though.

rotary's dont have cylinders....
prolly overheated and blew out a seal...now the engine is filled with coolant and thats why it wont turn over....prolly gonna need a rebuild or new engine
