Default Bodykits NW: dont buy from them

customer service was good. fitment of products was shitty. lagged on shipping the order. ordered a VIS CF hood and sent me some cheap hood. ripped off 2 more of my friends with dented hoods. i will never buy from them again.

I bought from Bodykits NW and everything was perfect.

Dented hoods might have been from the shipping company.

Thanks for the props about the customer service. The hood we sent you is a VIS hood. I can't take credit or blame for their product. It's just like Fiber Image hoods, and other CF hoods. Some people say Fiber Images fit great, but then you have those people that say they don't. VIS imports there hoods and they try there best to keep the quality control good, but it's hard when they have 100 hoods that come in from overseas and they don't test fit them. They just have to cross there fingers that there manuf. is making them well. I'm a very reasonable guy, as long as you take the time to speak with us and be professional. It is quite obvious that you rather just post and be negative rather than just giving us a call first. You know that everytime you called we gave you a straight up answer, and gave you your tracking number when your items shipped.

This is a quote from one of my customers "VERY VERY good customer service. I had a problem with my bodykit, I emailed Andy explained the problem and sent pictures. He saw the problem and was willing to correct the problem and no additional cost to me. What more could you ask for in a company?"

I admit I have a couple people that are not fond of me, "KEY WORD A COUPLE" that's part of being a business, but I can tell you that most of those people talked bad first before they ever thought of calling me. Sorry about your fitment issue bro, should have just asked for our hood. I back up my stuff.

There fixed the spelling. lol.

I bought a Bodykits NW hood from Andy last summer (NW groupbuy) and fitment and quality was good. After picking up the hood Andy even gave me a follow up phone call to make sure everything was cool. He's a good guy to deal with
