Okay, this may sound wierd, but I went to the dealer and got my oil changed. They moved the seat and now I can't get it backt o the way I had it. No matter what I do to adjust it it doesn't feel the same. My main problem is that I can't see the top part of the speedo. or tach now. If I move the wheel up, then the wheel is high and it's uncomfortable. Any suggestions? I figure I will just have to deal with it.

Everytime my seat gets moved or something, this happens, I hate it.

 

You're seat is broken?! I don't understand. If they broke it, bring it back to Acura to fix/replace. Simple as that.

 

I hear what youre saying onyx! I hate it when people move my seat. You can never seem to get it just right again...mirrors too!

Usually you can tell the dealer to not move the seat and they wont, but if they need to test drive it they will have to...

 

YD, no, not broken. It's just that I have the seat set perfect, and then the guy at the dealer who drove it in to the garage adjusted it and now I cannot get it to go back to the way it was. Nothing is broken, it's just that I can't adjust the seat to make it comfortable again and so that I can easily the gauges.

I think I need to just go home today after work and sit in the car forawhile and play around with seat adjustments till it feels comfortable again.

 

ever thought of adjusting the steering wheel too?

Well, it wouldn't bother me because I have diff settings anyways. Depending on what shoes I wear.

I also have a diff setting for AutoX/road course than normal street driving.

 

hmmm . . . it was soooo nice when i had my audi coupe quattro . . . mmmmm . . . power seats with 4 memory positions . . . mmmm . . .

Find a good position and drive.

 

Don't forget, there's also that lumbar adjustment on the side of the seat...

i'm bringing my car in tomorrow morning to get the car inspected, and an alignment. i'm hoping they don't have some fatass mechanic come out to bring my car inside . . . don't want anyone to break my new SRD!

it'll probably just split his *** in half anyway, if he sits on it wrong, LOL.
