Its not from a very good source, but I heard that honda was going to bring the Integra Type R (RSX in U.S.) to the states in 05'/06'. This info is coming from the dealership (which I would not trust doing an oil change on my car). About a couple months later my friend asked the same question and the dealership told him that honda isnt going to bring them out here. The reason being it would have to go through a lot of legal channels as far as smog and crash testing. They also told him that the only thing that would be coming out would be a Type R performance package, which is just a stupid underbody kit and some other bullshit. I wouldnt even count on that.

Correct my frirend. Honda/Acura will more then likely not be bringing out the DC5R anytime soon if at all. The death to the DC5R every hitting the states was sealed by the introduction of the "Sports package" which includes bigger wheels, track tuned suspension, Authentic Type R wing, chrome interior trimming, and body kit. All for a low price of 4500.00 plus add in another 2000.00 for installation of this package for a grand total of 6500.00.
I call this the " screwed with no lube package". The dealer trys to screw you any way they can before you try and leave the lot. If anyone has had the package put on I feel sorry for you and ask one question.... How is your ***?..hahaha..
Mando- who does not see why people would actually pay to get screwed by the dealership.
