Default Sputtering/Hesitation/Spitting at Partial Throttle?

I recently just got my car tuned with hondata. We got all the full throttle tuning done, but only got to part of the partial throttle tuning.

When i floor my car, everything is fine and i can run through my gears all the way to 8500rpm with no problems.

When i put my car in first gear and roll from 1000rpm-7000rpm its fine, but then if i try to go higher, my engine starts bogging and my exhaust makes this spitting sound and it won't let me climb higher.

Why is it doing that? Is it because i didn't get all my partial throttle tuning done? Or is that a sign of valve float? I am worried because of all the stories i hear about retainers wearing out. I also am using toda b cams. Any help would be appreciated. Again, everything is fine at full throttle.

Who did the tuning? And did they tune for part throttle and full throttle?

Well i only had 2 hours on the dyno. We completed the full throttle tuning and tried to tune the partial throttle with the rest of the time we had. I know we didn't do partial throttle tuning anywhere near 7000 rpm. I was just hoping nothing was wrong with my motor.

my car is doing the same thing, it was only tuned for full throttle on the dyno, I have not gotten any street tuning done yet. Car runs great at WOT, but half throttle or constant speed, it bucks like a **** more tuning and she will be good to go.
