Problem with autochanger

I have a Kenwood CD autochanger and it wouldn`t readed any cd when there a installed plus is give a E-04 code on the head unit. Is there any way to fix this problem.

What does the E-04 code mean? Check the owners manual, and see what it suggests. You might have to send it infor repair.
