problem with code PE-1 code on radio

help does anybody know what this code means and how I can fix it?

C/D player? code pe1= Disc is warped or deformed, or there is an internal
problem with the CD player.

so is there anyway to fix it... or am i sol

the cd ejected but now i can not stick another in it..

there is something blocking the cd slot.
